The digital tools are completely aimed at predicting and forecasting the future trends and these artificial tools can only give the information. The humans need to take action and the core skill of precaution and decision making is a top notch at any point of your life. The robots can automate certain repetitive task but there is still a need for human intelligence to train the robot and super master all it's functionality and to predict and fix that future bug.

Robots are designed for systems which are repetitive in nature. Creative skills like designing and artistic sense would be the core skills which would make the difference in the world. It is like the data is everywhere but the presentation format is what making the difference. Data visualization and creative skills like making the user interface super easy is what the end users are expecting. How we present ourselves was the traditional office and how we are going to present to end users is the new skill.
4. The core skills of planning, organising and collaboration is what makes a successful person. Build Trust.

The core value of a person and trust can never be replaced by a robot. The artificial intelligence is only an assistant and not a master. Digital tools and technology is a platform and not a replacement for humans. The way we plan and collaborate may change but trust of the person is not digital. If the leader can successfully bring out that trust and deliver values in the digital world, he would be successful.
