What we focus with our camera lens really matters and taking thousands of photos will not make you the best photographer.
The job we work is also a photography. Each day we work on lot of tasks like taking photos after photo but none of the photo seems to get that attention. To get the attention, we need that creative element and most important focus.

The way to get ourselves better is to choose that one best option we need in our life and focus on that next big thing. Our habit is such that we buy all varieties of products from groceries to self care and that same strategy will not apply if we need to succeed in work.

1. Choose the best option has always been the best question format and that is the best strategy to adopt in work life.
 
If we think we need to more things then it is like we wanted to choose all the options. The success strategy is choosing the best option and then doing the best in that one option with all the time and energy. Remember choosing the best option means what is best for your satisfaction as well as for overall growth. 

2. All Big things start small and all best things need small steps.
When shopping for best things people apply the big thing small approach but when it comes to their personal success, the habit is always seeking for pleasure. The big thing purchased is mostly for pleasure and comfort and that habit just needs to think the work in terms of inspiration and value. Hence that big aspiration would need the small steps and takes process. The attitude of I tried but it failed simple implies that you have not chosen the best option.

3. Choosing the best doesn't mean you have only one option, you still can scale.
People think work in terms of boredom. So variety seems to be a good option and to choose many options gets the tick mark. However in terms of mastery, they become the jack of all trade but master of none. What best option gives the best satisfaction is the key. If one successfully master the art of building home, he still can scale in terms of building many guest houses. All big companies started with one best approach and scaled.

4.Too much of anything is good for nothing. It only adds to the confusion.
The distraction in the agile world is so much that one is not able to focus. Things are too quick for us to grasp. However to build reputation, the process is we need to focus on the essential things that are required and avoid the things which are not beneficial. Dont get easily carried away by the tide. Focus on the ride. This is going to be a long ride and you need focus and inspiring rest.

Choosing the best option is the beginning for the exciting journey.

We may not have the money to do certain things we want but what is common to all of us is the time. Use it wisely. The time has three parts as we know,the past, present and the future. We tend to focus mostly about the past or the future. What will happen in the future or why certain things happened to me in the past. This moment is all we have got and it's a great gift and hence it is called as present. What wonderful things we can do now must be the focus.
