All things work together in a great way if you have a clear vision

There is only continuous learning and in case of a failure, just keep learning.
If a person can develop a clear vision on what he wants out of his life and if he fails somewhere down the line. Then he would learn from the failure. If a person doesn't have a clear vision and if he fails,then he is stuck on why he failed trap.

The key is having a clear vision helps in learning attitude and a clear step by step approach towards acheiving the goal.

Start with a open question on what do I want to accomplish with my life or what do I want in the next 10 years in my life. This will aid in bringing out the vision required for building great things.

You then would start with a plan to achieve that goal and on the way there can be distractions and set backs but if the vision was clear, a strive to learn and overcome failures would develop automatically. Small changes in the plan or in working more towards the goal or to meet new people would automatically turnup based on the experience.

Understand,Recover and start growing
Remember this is your vision which you are developing and working towards it and you cannot give excuses saying you are not feeling well or I have lot of family problems and hence I didn't have time to focus. It is easy to give an excuse, skip the task and get relaxed. Hence the more clearer the vision, the more the energy drive to work towards the objective.

Vision would give confidence
How do we know if we have developed a clear vision. The vision would give all the confidence required. If there is a feeling that there is a lack of confidence then you must rework on the vision to figure out what gives you the satisfaction you require in the path towards acheiving the success.

The clear vision, the confidence it generates and the energy to drift failures on the way to standup and acheive success all will work great if the foundation of clear vision is strong and well developed.
